How can I return my item?

You can contact customer service and tell them the reason for returning the item and they will help you.

How long i can return my item?

You have 14 days from receiving the item, if there is any issue with it we will return it immediately. (In case of damage)

How long does it take to process my refund?

Usually it takes 7 working days from receiving the items in our warehouse.

 

What happens if I have received a defective item?

will replace it immediately with another one or money refund.
